In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how Incoggo (“Incoggo,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about visitors to our website incoggo.com (the “Site”), users of our Desktop Application (the “App”) and the services available through our Site and App (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting the Site, using or downloading the App, or using any of our Services (in a manner explicitly mentioned here, or through any alternative method), you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Site, App, or Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We may collect information from or about you directly from you, from other data sources, and automatically through your use of our Site, App, or Services, as described below.
If you decline to provide any requested information, you may not be able to use our Services if that information is necessary to provide you with our Services or if we are legally required to collect it.
Registration and Profile Information. If you sign up for an account, register to use our Services, sign up to get notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we may ask you for your name, email address, and other related information.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us for support, subscribe to our newsletter, or subscribe to receive email updates about our Services, then we may receive your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
Desktop Application Information. If you install our desktop Application and use our services, we may collect the following information when the application is running:
Location Information. By using our Services, we may be able to infer information about your location (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region).
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including internet protocol (IP) address, operating system version, device identifiers. We also receive specific networking information and network status messages.
Usage Information. We automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the date and time of your visits, the pages or other content you view on our website, the searches you conduct, your web browsing history (URLs that you visit), diagnostic information like CPU usage, and how often you use our Desktop Application.
Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services.

We do not disclose information from or about you or your devices without your permission, except in the limited circumstances described below:
Third Party Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with certain third party vendors, partners and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services, such as contractors, agents, marketing intelligence firms, or sponsors, who help us manage, monetize, or provide the Services. These service providers assist us in providing, monetizing and managing the Services. Examples of such services include, without limitation: advertising and marketing, developing or supporting products and features, processing payments, administering message boards, processing data or statistics, or supplementing or organizing information and data. For example, we may provide aggregated versions of this data to third parties who synthesize it into reports analyzing online consumer trends.
Analytics Partners. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics and Hotjar, to evaluate usage of our site, and to the extent permitted, our App. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Site and App. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal processes, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may disclose and transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets.
Desktop Application Information. You can enable or disable our collection of specific networking information and network status messages anytime through our application by quitting the application.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, by default, we will continue to send administrative messages that include important product updates. Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests.
If you choose not to provide us with the requested or requisite information, some features of our Services may not work as intended.
INFORMATION RETENTION
We will only store your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our Services as set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements) or you request data deletion.
THIRD PARTIES
Our Services allow access to other websites and services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities or information disclosure with regard to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
SECURITY
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, as our Services are hosted electronically, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides additional privacy protections for California consumers, including: a) The Right to Know – the right to see what personal information we have about you, your computer or device, b) The Right to Delete – the right to delete the information we have about you, your computer or device and c) The Right to Non-Discrimination – we will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of the above rights.
Other privacy rights under the CCPA
The CCPA defines personal information broadly and as such, it includes pseudonymous identifiers such as cookie IDs and mobile advertising IDs. Under the CCPA, your request to see the personal information that we have about you may include: (1) specific pieces of personal information that we may have about you; (2) categories of personal information we have collected about you; (3) categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (4) categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you; (5) categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose under the CCPA; and (6) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

Please note that to protect your information and the integrity of our Services, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. In some cases, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as a government issued ID. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing.
